Went in about 5:30 on 6/14/21 to see about custom printing 20+ shirts for my own small business. The clerk was rude, hollered at me through a bead curtain, pretty much said they were too busy to give me an estimate and take my order, didnt even pop his head out. If you are that busy you should probably just close your doors a bit early and take care of business instead of upsetting potential customers. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Almost made me look for the hidden cameras, what a joke.

The owner messed up my t-shirts I ordered then she told her young people that work there to fix it for her so they got screwed up even worse all she wanted to do was give me a plain old flimsy t-shirt to replace the one that I spent money on and you know requested her to design for me. Bad Business lady! I would never ever go to her for anything I wanted custom made and I would urge others to stay away! Pure waste of money!

The product turned out great; however, the customer service was pretty terrible. We were told shirts would be ready by Thursday. Then later she said she would finish them Thursday night to have by Friday morning for a Saturday event. Showed up Friday afternoon and was told to wait an hour until they would be ready. We were given a multitude of excuses as to why shirts were not ready including due to an event several weeks later. We were then told we would be given a 10% discount which then changed to a 25% discount but we dont do refunds so its store credit because even though its not on your time, I still got it done (even though we were told it would be done by a certain date and time). When we were finally able to pick up the shirts, she offered a 10% (instead of the 25%) and then said, oh he already gave you a 23% discount so I wont give you another one. Needless to say, we wouldnt have needed the discount anyway because we wont be back.
