When going a trad-in with Kia of East Syracuse I walk out of the office feel unstable about the process that took place. Looking back over my paperwork when I left the building without the GAP coverage that I had, Money that was paid out into my trade-in was far less than what my trade-in was worth. I will not Recommend any one without knowledge of a vehicletrade-in,To go there.

Very disappointed. Purchased a 2020 sportage brand new and then recently purchased a 2022 sportage. Both times I traded in my old cars and got the max trade in. I went yesterday 12/28/21 to trade the 2020 and get another sportage. We received a letter from Kia of east syracuse saying if you trade in before 12/31 we will give you $4,000 over blue book specifically for the 2020 sportage. The 2020 has been maintained by professionals every service. Always serviced as stated in the manual. Has Ziebart under coating, floor liners, seat covers. Everything we could do to keep the car perfect was done. And it is just that. Perfect. There is one scratch near the rear, very small. They would not even give me blue book in just good condition. Have gotten top dollar on every car traded there except the almost perfect Kia purchased there. Definitely werent honoring any deal going over blue book. I had good experiences every time until this. Im not sure why the Kia was not even worth blue book for them. The 2015 Subaru I traded with more miles cashed in higher than what they offered for the 2020 Kia. Very very odd.

My step daughter purchase a used Hyundai and there has nothing but problems Many issues that should have been resolved before delivery were not. service department personal are very rude and condescending They didnt even want to do the Warranty work and did not finish the job properly. They have the most unprofessional staff that Ive ever come across
