Unfortunately I had a poor experience with the front desk and did not get to see the doctor there. They said they had called me to confirm the appointment and since they didn't get my confirmation, they cancelled it. I didn't receive a call or voice mail. I don't think the front desk was lying, but I did not receive any call from them. I understand these things happen, but it's not my fault and it's probably not their fault either. Unfortunately, I took sick hours to take care of my appt. I was more upset about the condescending tone they used with me. I found the front desk unprofessional. The worst part the experience is that they ran my insurance anyway, so when I went down the street to another doctor (with much more professional staff) it turns out Omnivision Eye Care ran my insurance. The second place I went to advised me how to get that resolved. The insurance company confirmed that Omnivision EyeCare ran my card. This is fraud, basically. The new place worked me into her schedule right away and I was able to get glasses, contacts, and my RX all in one shot. I would have liked to speak to the doctor at Omnivision Eye Care before writing this review, but clearly I will not get that opportunity.
Really wonderful, professional experience. Every staff member was kind, and clear in their descriptions of what their process is. I was never left "waiting" in a room for more than a minute. I would highly recommend using them.
Very fast and efficient while getting straight to the point in a professional manner. Very good impression as a new patient. I came in for prescriptions only.
Horrible customer service! My glasses are weeks late and still no glass or apologies ! No proactive status updates and ZERO empathy! Complete indifference to my prolonged inconvenience.
