We booked a house in March 2018 for the upcoming Jan/Feb 2019 season. In October 2018, after all plans are in place, we find out they changed houses on us, without telling us. After getting in to the house we didn't want, we found these issues: Filthy faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen sink. No towel rack in the 1/2 bath on the main floor No towel racks in master bath sinks. Light bulb burned out in family room Terrible lighting in family room, just a small lamp. Dryer doesn't dry well. No channel guide for TV. Cleaning was terrible. Floors and carpet were filthy. Mattresses in every bedroom are in terrible shape, lumpy, too soft. Air vents need cleaning. Limited amount of silverware...we bought more. No scissors in the knife block...we bought one. We had to buy a baking pan, a baking sheet, and a potato peeler. Some knives missing. None of the games in the garage work. No screen on window in master bedroom. Drain cover in hot tub is loose, advisedly pool man weeks ago. Lack of Measuring utensils in the kitchen..we bought more. Coffee pot that doesn't automatically turn off....fire hazard. Kitchen faucet handle loose. Carpet upstairs is terrible, with bulges everywhere. Between Master bath and bedroom, carpet strip racks sticking up, very painful to step on.

Please use another rental source***We were booked to stay at one of your rentals and the day before arrival we received a cancelation email at 10pm at night. We were left with very little options to book another location last minute. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend as we celebrated our sons graduation and father's day and your unacceptable actions and irresponsibility left us scrambling for a place to stay last minute. We will never use your company again.

Amazing!! Stayed at house in Kissimmee and if I could go back I would in a heartbeat! My husband won't admit it, but I know he had a great time Great weather, and the luxury of having our own pool was the best! After a long day, the pool was what was needed to relax! I would definitely recommend 110%.
