Crystal Clear provided services for Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. I am an employee for the clinic. The entire process is a headache itself but its ten times worst when the cleaners are screaming at the top of their lungs to communicate with each other because the vacuum is loud. We asked the workers can they lower their voice because patients were sleeping. But they just laughed and continued their conversation. After they were done cleaning while the floor was drying. The cleaner was on his phone watching loud videos and even called his girlfriend while the phone was on speaker. We asked him multiple times to turn it down so the patients could sleep but he refused and argued with us. We had to call our supervisor to talk to him, he was even rude to him. The area that they cleaned is nice and shining. But I would not recommended their services very unprofessional.

I work downtown Cleveland clinic the floors never looked as nice and shiny. Crystal clear team did a wonderful job I spoke with Jason his very professional and polite his crew did a wonderful job here. Never once had any issues with them and the service speaks for itself.
