I would give 0 if I could. I went to return trousers because they ripped almost instantly after my son wore them and a man was telling me to go to another store and I told him no. He kept on telling me to got to the store it was like he was forceing me. Then he finally agreed to take it but he didnt want to give me a recipt for me returning it. They dont care about customers. Best place to go for trousers M&S

Waist of time, bad quality products. Slow staff. Nothing positive about this place or the goods and lack of them. Waiting time for order which i paid for 5 weeks and still no uniform. AVOID!

Ordered school uniform over a week ago now.. not got any emails back.. or uniform. I have ever emailed them 5 days ago to see where it is and no reply. Will ring them tomorrow as it's only two weeks till my child starts school.... not looking good. I think next time I will go to the store...
