Dear Keisha, Thank you for affirming all that we did well including the pleasant nature of our team and that we have protocols in place to ensure that we provide a thorough evaluation to establish a proper diagnosis. Our front desk team is very well experienced and ensure to inform all patients, particularly new patients that while we try our best to accommodate same day cleanings, we do not guarantee it as the first appointment is usually reserved for a comprehensive exam, xrays, treatment planning and a detailed discussion with each patient to establish a trusting relationship before treatment. Each patient's dental needs vary depending on findings and only the dentist can give a diagnosis and prescribe the proper cleaning that is appropriate for the patient for the purpose of restoring and/or maintaining the health of their gums and teeth. Furthermore, our practice takes pride in being transparent and honest with our diagnosis with a detailed discussion regarding treatment. We take a team approach with our patients for longterm care. Having said all that, we do wish you the very best as you embark on your journey to finding a dental home.

On September 26th, I made an appointment on the 10th for a cleaning and to establish a relationship with a dentist. On October 7th, I received a phone call asking if I could come on the 8th instead of October 10th, I agreed. My appointment was at 3pm and I completed paperwork at 3:04pm. Was escorted back at 3:11pm where the young lady completed the xrays and periodontal probe. She tells me the doctor will come, she was pleasant and explained her assessment. I informed her I will get a second opinion and then I proceeded with "Is my cleaning next?" The dentist explains to me that they have an assessment one day then the next appointment is cleaning (she stated how do we know you don't need a deep cleaning?-I thought you should have the necessary materials and people for a cleaning). I was flabbergasted because her website did not state it was two days appt nor any of her staff communicated that to me. I asked will I be billed for this? One of my biggest pet peeve is dishonesty and to me she was quick to book an appointment for dental work (which was questionable) but did not want to ensure I receive services of my cleaning. They were nice but with the lack of communication and the apathy, (I work! You expect me to take 2 days off for a cleaning?) I will not return.
Dear Kevin, Every reputable practice has had to update their practice protocols in response to the pandemic and our practice is no exception. We inform our patients of the updates to our protocols to keep our patients and our team safe as that is the responsible thing to do. However, we do apologize if that posed an inconvenience to you. With regards to unresolved dental issues; our Dr's protocol is to diagnose, educate ie provide information on findings and diagnosis and present options for treatment to each patient to address their concerns. In other words, if an issue is presented, it is addressed. We are advocates of oral health and while our desire is for every patient to team up with us for their care in a timely manner, we also understand that there are many factors involved including finances. All in all, we respect each individual's right to choose. Thank you for your loyalty to the practice for 20 years! We really appreciate that and wish you the very best in your new dental home.

New dentist took over practice in office I'd been visiting for 20 years. Within first few visits I had been made to sign 3 release forms. Gave me uneasy feeling. Dr. failed to resolve tooth pain I had reported tor 2 years. I was told I needed 2 new crowns with great cost to me. Found new dentist, and they said no need for work I had been quoted. Been with new provider more than a year, and no liability release forms!
Thank you so much Isabella! We are grateful that you have made our office your dental home! We appreciate you!

Dear Joni, We are sad to see a rating like this as it is no way, shape or form reflective of the quality of care we render or the experience we strive to give all our patients. While you are not a current patient of ours, please feel free to call our office to have any questions answered, any concerns addressed and let us know if there is anything that we can do to correct your notion. We hope you reconsider this review if all your concerns have been addressed. Thank you.
