Excellent experience with ION! Highly recommended. **update- when I was sold my system, it was explained to me both verbally and in writing that I would receive a tax credit from the state of New Mexico that would be used to help pay down my loan (the loan must be paid down to a specific balance within 18 months or your monthly payment jumps up). Fast forward to tax season, and not only did I not get the credit, I wasnt even told what I needed to do in order to qualify (21 page application that needs to be printed, filled out and returned, all before the funding runs out). We feel misled and cheated. I would NOT recommend Ion to anyone.

After the contract was signed the project management portion of the install was a disaster. I had to keep calling and trying to get hold of people to get answers on next steps. I actually had another solar company give me a quote and was soo close to having Ion remove the panels. They just couldnt get the electrical work completed and inspected. Many back and forth and waiting to get inspections with weeks of waiting without answers. Its up and running now but excitement of having solar panels has been diminished considerably knowing I may not have selected the best company. Not recommending Ion Solar.

The trencher tore up 1/3 of my backyard and pulled up my sprinkling system. Ive been calling and waiting for the repairs. I keep getting told theyve found a contractor, but no results. Really disappointed in them
