If I could give a place ZERO stars I would. BEWARE when coming here. I had been coming here for years just out of convenience of location and hours of operation. I didn't realize how oddly they were billing my insurance. I called to get information from billing and both receptionists that I spoke with were very rude and refused to let me speak to anyone regarding billing. They were billing my eye insurance and medical without reason. I wouldn't recommend anyone step foot inside this place.

I was really impressed by the professionalism, the technology, and the quality of service I received. The exam was very thorough, and my doctor seemed trustworthy and kind. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Im assuming that theyre running some sort of promotion to pad their reviews because everyone who works in this place is extremely rude and unprofessional. The same level of customer service youd find in a downtown Detroit Applebees.
