After going to the establishment many years , starting off with Dr. Cristy Dehoff . I usually get service by a doctor that is available. The front desk , has an awful attitude and accuse me of neglected my own eyes. The last doctor I saw in 2020 in the establishment did not call me back about a diagnosis, I wanted to confirm .Two years has passed and I needed no doctor care for a problem they say I have . After being seen by a specialist was that was referred to by COC in 2020 that said I did not have the problem, on top of that .The highest level of lack care is totally ignore the patient. I know they cant honestly answer my questions so ,the doctor let the front desk pitbull my situation. Now what COC wanted is a medical referral for a routine eye exam, for an non issue. All I wanted was routine eye exam and new glasses.This will be reported as fraudulent with my both my insurance companies. I have eye coverage with two different companies.They both will know about my experience in great detail. I will save my medical referrals for health issues that truly effect the quality of my life.

Received 2 text messages and a phone call to remind me of my appointment, overkill. Then wanted an astronomical sum for sun glass lens. Don't even try the Transitions or no line bifocal. Charged extra for a test that should be included in the exam. Not sure how much longer I can go there.

Entire staff was great . Dr. Stacy was amazing. They remembered I needed an earlier appointment than originally given on a Saturday and as soon as time slot opened they remembered me and asked if I could take it. There weekend hours are great. Helps for working families that work during the week.

I feel worst today than I did Wednesday, object in my eye, Dr gise was very short with me,,did not take time, must had been in a hurry. Eye felt better Thursday, but every time I put drop in the eye I can feel something still moving under my eye lid. This morning,Friday, very irritated. Been going here for over 25 years, every time they give me the new guy in the office,,would be nice to have my Dr. back that knows me,,
