Your waiting time was appx 25 min. Not to long during peak hours. Your baby was crying from beginning and you where upset about it taking frustration on hard working crew in my restaurant. To be honest Im happy to hear that you wont come back. Having baby is tough job but you need to understand that World doesnt spin around you just because you are new mom.

Extremely slow service. Waited almost an hour and a half on a Thursday, during lunch time, to get my food. I went with my 10 month old baby, who was perfectly well behaved for the first hour and 15min., but by the time the food finally arrived she was too cranky for us to finish our lunch. I went to Belvedere many times before, and they usually seem understaffed, but after this meal I'm very disappointed.

First time visiting. Food was delicious and authentic. Enjoyed sitting on the spacious patio. The experience was somewhat soured when I noticed a 20% service fee was added to our bill. We were a party of 4 and have not come across a service fee at a restaurant unless its a private event

Honestly you look like one of two sales people who insisted on to see owner in busiest time and bartender told you she isnt available! Leftovers??? Bunch of lies! Please dont be back trying sell services during lunch hours!

The 3 times I've been there, not only was I being antagonized by an uncontrolled drunk, I also was offered someone's left over food by one of the female bartenders. It took 30 minutes to take my drink order, and an extra 15 to receive it. I personally will NEVER go back
