Please do not use this company. Customer service is absolutely disgusting I am a Company Director for several companies and in all my years of trading I have never experienced anything like this. I am still in shock several hours later, I just wonder if Mr Good knows how is company is being run. I spoke to a gentleman called David Frost and he was fully supportive of his staff raising there voice to there customer. He even suggested I was a keyboard warrior whatever that is. Please save your money and go to Quickbooks for a professional and easy service.

Please do not purchase any software from this company. Their customer service is appalling. I have never experienced a company so shockingly bad at dealing with customers.

i'm stunned to read those 2 bad reviews above, I review companies I've used both good and bad, not always but if service and product is exceptionally good or bad I do. I've even checked the address and its the same company. I searched long and hard for VAT bridging software for MTD, I'd always filed online filling in the HMRC boxes myself, easy peasy. I file once a year with a flat rate yearly return. The very idea of learning a new skillset was scary. I loved the price, the online tutorials, the quick answer when I rang to ask a question - all that made me buy it. I just made my 1st yearly return, I'd watched the online tutorials twice the day before, I'd registered to make the return online as the instructions said you had to so I was ready. Why was I worried I wouldn't get it right? It flew through, a coupla small things I'd tweak if I'd written the software (I go back to cobol I am that old and never since) I'd make the next press boxes brighter as the dimness made me think I wasn't ready to, but that's all. I recently had their online filing for tax returns advert email come through, before I'd filed my 1st VAT but I forwarded that to my accountant and he said 5 each was a VERY good price and he'd look at it, I leave all that to him so I hope it's useful info. 40 it cost me and will do every year just to do my one return but worth every penny. I nearly rang them up to thank them. :)

I have been using Absolute for personal and corporate Tax Returns since the company was formed. There has never been any issue. I am also using the VAT filer for numerous VAT returns without any problems.
