Thank you for letting us know what we can work on as an office. However, we cant find any children with that last name in our system. We also document and monitor all interactions and do not recall any occasions in which we have had to fix anyones glasses 6-7 times. So I went to this place to take my children and honestly, this place looked fancy but the service was worst than LensCrafters. They only care about money and will charge you a arm and a leg just to give you glasses that have to be fixed 6 or 7 times. No to mention everyone in the office is so slow they have to ask a thousand questions to get one thing right. The doctor should be ashamed. Dont know how this place has 5 starts the gentleman that helped me was so sassy and rude, please train staff gosh

Knowledgeable and professional staff. Great customer service. The facility is immaculate. Dr Nguyen is a great Optometrist who is thorough. He has fantastic and professional bedside manner. Definitely give this facility a try. You wont be disappointed.
