Horrible. Called them for my two years old daughter kept throwing up at 9:35 pm on Saturday night and the facility was open till 10p. Her response on the phone was we cant give you any advice, if you can bring her in next 25 minutes if not sorry!!!

I've been here several times with my kids for all different conditions during hours the pediatrician is closed. Thankful for this facility when "stuff happens In evening and weekends when there is no pediatrician available.

Terrible. Came in for emergency and waited for hours and hours for a doctor. They cared more about billing services and paperwork then the actual patient. Had two vials of bloodwork done, then they had to come do it again because the vials "were not good enough." Bit later, another doctor came in all confused. They do not communicate with each other well. He ended up taking two more vials, then labeled them wrong and had to take them again. Came into ER at 2 in the afternoon, and was still there at 4 am until they took me up to a room. I was completely exhausted, but they did not let me go to bed until I finished answering about a million pointless questions that could have waited until after I was rested, and had absolutely nothing to do with my treatment. Got discharged eventually, but had to visit the hospital for weekly checkups. In 3 months I went through 6 different doctors, they all kept switching, and did not correspond about my treatment. My condition got worse and worse, and they prescribed me a medication that caused me to not be able to see for a few days and excessive nausea and vomiting, along with awful migraines. They keep a ton of the details on treatment plans from the patient, even if the patient is older, and had me step out of the room for most of it when I wanted to know about my own health. Overall, I'm just worse off then I was when I went in. Thanks a lot Chop.
