While the shop is very clean and the piecers are experienced, they are not friendly at all and very expensive. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend or return.

Hi Gwen, Im sorry that you are frustrated with the situation, but your appointment was only 15 minutes long and you showed up late, so unfortunately, we couldnt take you at that point. We are on a very tight schedule and double booked all day, so we cannot take late appointments. We squeezed you into a very small opening in the schedule and unfortunately that also means theres no leeway for lateness. This is all outlined in the shop policies, and while we do our best to be accommodating, sometimes its just too late and we have to say no. Thanks

The piercing itself i received here last year was fine. However more recently when i was trying to purchase jewelry, they often did not return my calls when i left messages attempting to make an appointment and it took several calls before i was able to reach someone and schedule the appointment. Additionally, i arrived to a 2:45 appointment to purchase jewelry at 2:50. I was coming from out of town so hit some minor traffic that effected my arrival time, but still arrived within 5 minutes of whmy appointment time. I was told the staff were already on break and would not honor my appointment. I understand this may be store policy so i don't blame the staff, but i don't feel i could honestly recommend this shop due to these issues as it makes actually coming here a hassle. Edit: i am not sure why the shop double booking appointments is relevant here, as that is not my fault. Most other negative reviews here are in reference to this shops lack of flexibility, communication and responsiveness. Not having sufficient staff available to answer and return calls reflects poor management, as does "double booking" appointments and operating on a schedule so tight that lack of parking could cause you to lose an appointment.

I had such a nice experience the other day. The staff was great. Really clean studio with lots of jewlery options. Will defiantly come back for any more piercings.

very rude :( ... edit: no maam I had gotten a piercing done there as well. Ever think it could be under someone elses name? Super unprofessional! Ive been warned about this place!!
