Hi Ian, Firstly, I do appreciate the reply on here and Im sorry to see how disappointed you are. However, since you are not a trained practioner, Id like to remind you of a few things that Ive already mentioned to you but clearly did not express myself well enough - so here we go. 1. Botulinum toxin arrives as a powder, which has to be mixed with saline water because its a powder. Last time I checked, its not possible to inject powder 2. I wouldnt recommend using google as a quote for your aesthetic advice; as you should follow the advice of the practitioner 3. You have been a client for over two years and I am more than comfortable rejecting patients who I deem unfit for the procedure, hence suggesting you go elsewhere. Its a shame to see a client act like this after a number of years, however, I want to wish you all the best and hope you find a different nurse from now on.

STAY AWAY...... Another 1 star review. Nurse razvan also the owner is an absolute cowboy at his job. He cuts corners and the results are dreadful. He waters down his botox and says you are getting 50 units per syringe when in fact its only 25 units per syringe. I have had botox many times with various people. All my results from 50 units have been amazing and i can barely move. After my visit to nurse razvan it was like i hadnt had any its now been 3 weeks and i can move as much now as i could before the botox. Absolutely useless nurse/owner. I complained and he actually said to me 'if youre not happy go elsewhere' i was shocked. So rude. I would never expect such an awful comment. What sort of owner would even say that! I asked if he could sort it out for me and do me a top up...his reply was 'no go and find someone else to do it' disgusting service. I then asked for a refund. He then lied to me saying it hadnt worked because i had drunk 2 glasses of wine 2 days later. Thats funny because google clearly states its fine to drink alcohol after botox and i quote 'alcohol will not effect the results and you can enjoy alcohol like you normally would'. Another google search states 'alcohol wont effect the mechanics of the botox working'. All google searches will say the same that alcohol is fine. You just cant exercise for 24 hours which i never do. He lied about the alcohol. Lied about how much units he put in. And he is very very rude. Hes very unhelpful and wont give me a refund. He even blocked me when i threatened him with legal action if i dont get a refund. STAY AWAY.

STAY AWAY!!! I had awful experience. About 3 weeks ago I had fox eye treatment and it was extremely painful , I literally cried and shacked all treatment. On top of that it took one hour to do it. After 3 days I took my plasters off as I was told, I had no results at all !! My eyes and eyebrows were in the same place as before treatment. On top of that on my left eyebrow there is still thread sticking out! I kindly asked for refund ( which I was asking for 3 days ) when finally Razvan answered he said he cant give me a full refund as he used products on me and he cant give full amount back just because someone is unhappy with results ?! I said : I HAVE NO RESULTS AT ALL, not that I am unhappy with them. Treatment cost 400, he only gave me 200 back. PLEASE STAY AWAY
