Nice people but DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR TITLE TRANSFERS! I had a title transfered here. Waited 2 months and never received it. Then received a call saying that it has been defaced due to a correction on the mileage. I did not write in the mileage myself and was told by the PA dept of transportation that this box should be filled in by the notary. EBC claims it might have been written in by the seller ( whom he knew personally) . Still not my fault and should have been caught before it was sent out by EBC. This was said directly out of PA dept of transportations mouth. I now have to pay $55 additional dollars after already paid for everything previously or I will not receive a title at all. Owner said he couldnt pay the fee for me even though he was the notary and should have looked over the paperwork before sending it. If he would have covered the fee I would have been a customer for life.

Their notary service charged me $100 to spend 10 minutes filling out a trailer registration. This was aside from any state taxes and fees. Highway robbery. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Its sad to say that I will be not using their services. I shipped a package on a Wednesday for 2 day delivery. It say at the fedex sorting center because of the box. When going to fedex they said the 3rd party you shipped from (ebc) should know that. When returning to ebc to get my package I mentioned the marking on the box. They had no idea what it was or that fedex doesnt ship boxes with that mark. I wasted 65$ for a box that couldnt be shipped. It was disappointing that they dont even know the rules for the companies they work with. If the young man wouldve known the rules when inspecting my box before shipping I couldve repackaged it. Im out 65$ and wasted time.
