We have a minimum for screen printing. We also have another process for orders under minimum. She agreed to our minimum but when we confirmed her order for approval she changed her total and split her order into 2 different decorations process, half glitter half screen print. I had let her know they all had to be the same to meet the minimum quantity. She agreed but when we went to print she said that is not what she wanted. Unfortunately we were unable to fulfil her order.

Do not waste your time with Creative Ink. The estimate will be lower than other area companies, but don't be fooled! It's not worth the nightmare! I ordered fan gear, but we are over half way through the season and I had to cancel the order. They are very slow to respond, and Kellie is AWFUL at customer service. I submitted my order a month before I needed it. At one point, I had waited a week to hear from her about the amount of the deposit. It took me emailing two more times to find out the amount and status of the order. By the time she emailed, the deadline I asked for had passed. Kellie also did not listen to what I wanted to order, and was going to fill the order wrong. I doubt her competence, especially after speaking with her on the phone. Call Spin Tees, they will take care of you!

I am very sorry for not actually getting your pricelist to you with in our standard 24hr time frame. We do update our wholesale price sheets from time to time, it doesn't necessary mean at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately, you contacted us during this time and we did let you know there would be a delay. We had more than one person with the name Sarah which currently had a print job at that time. We do not give estimates over the phone. Estimates are either done in house or emailed. We did email you the price sheet May 1st. Again, I do apologize as we pride ourselves with customer service.

Horrible service. I am a small shop owner and reached out about screen printing prices. I was told I'd be sent an email with pricing (wouldn't tell me over the phone) No email came. I called back a day or so later and the ONLY person who can send out wholesale pricing, wasn't there and would be in an hour. Still no email. I called a few days later, no return call..still no email. Finally called back today, spoke to someone named Sam who told me she'd get back to me in 15-20 minutes. 5 hours later I called back. Apparently bad service is a thing with them because she assumed I was a customer who already had an order in an told me "your order is where it needs to be and we can't make it go any faster" I told her I was the person she talked to about an email..transfers me to someone rude named Kelly I believe who tells me they haven't sent a price list for 2017 and they are just finishing it, half way through the year. If this is a preview of how they are when they are actually doing a job, count me out. I will be taking my business somewhere else!
