the customer represenative or the guy who u go to first who ask u for your part was very helpful, wait wasnt bad at all but the cashier was very unhelpful. there was no one paying for their parts but me and before i got to the counter, he wasnt doin nothing but sitting at the cashier. when my guy brought my part to the counter and i approached the counter he rung me up and told me how much i owed. i took out my money and handed to him but for some reason i got ignored on purpose and than he started moving things that looked like it been there for awhile already that was by the door. to me personally i thought that what he purposely did wasnt acceptable and very unprofessional. it took about 5 min and the outcome of it all, i was late to pick up my wife from work.

I purchased an IDM for a mid 90's Ford. Looked all over the cities and also online. Ace not only had one, but was a comparable price as online. Service was quit and upfront. Will continue as loyal customer

I had them come pick up my car. In the voicemail the owner said that he would give me $175 if he had to come pick up the car. When the guy finally got to the house (after getting lost for 10 minutes) he only offered us $100. He stated that the owner told him to only give us $125. I called and spoke with the owner and he said he only told me $125 and he did not know why the voicemail said $175. Clearly if he left the voicemail he is the one why said it. I have the voicemail still and many people have listened to it and confirmed that he said $175, the voicemail is also converted to text and it says $175. The owner was rude when I called about it and was treating me like I was stupid for saying it was $175. I know I'm not the first one to have this experience, a friend of mine experienced the same situation. Would NOT recommend anyone to use this service. Would give 0 stars if I could
