It's so painful working with these people. In sales, turnover is high so you end up talking to someone new every time. For service, it's like pulling teeth to get anything done. My second to last visit I spent 6 hrs there for a vehicle inspection and setting up a follow up appt. Every 30 minutes they would say oh we're about to finish up. Wasted a whole day to that. On my follow up appointment I drop off the vehicle, no loaner liked they promised. As soon as my Uber drops me off at home I get a call saying they never ordered my parts and I can come pick up my car. Now I get to see up a 3rd appt. This is all to fix stuff that absolutely should have been handled in the CPO inspection. I know car dealerships are bad but come on.
4 hours and $1000 for an oil change, maintenance and recall on a 2021 Sorento. Service department is 100% thieves. Original price was $824 which they refused to honor and after 4 hours of my day was gone I was not spending any more time arguing. Will NEVER return.
I had a fantastic customer service experience (per usual) at Kia; I arrived bright and early and they took my car in right away. They texted me with updates, there was coffee, water available, and wifi. Washing my car and topping off the fluids was great as well!
This dealer is adding between 10K and 20K to the EV6 MSRP and calling it a market adjustment. Just a pathetic practice that comes from nothing but greed. Once I saw this and listened to the salesman trying to explain it, and insult my common sense, I knew it was time to go.....I would not shop at any car dealer who tries to take advantage of a customer.
