I highly recommend establishing a good business relationship with the Parts Team ASAP. If you are responsible for maintaining a commercial fleet, it is worth the time to get to know, David Bittner, Dave Galinn, Keith Shifflett, Danny Breach and Tommy Walls just to name a few of the folks I know. Bumper to bumper knowledge of: Buses, tow apparatus, heavy, medium and light duty trucks and tractors. They have tons of experience and are trustworthy!

Mr. Lawrence, I am sorry for your experience. We have already refunded the cost for the leveling valve. The recall was for a battery ground cable not a battery box. With that said I feel there was a lack of communication for service performed. We at Beltway Companies believe in excellent customer service, again I am sorry for your experience and I would like a chance to go over your concerns. Thank you George Lane

I don't know where to start. I know better because I'm from the area, I've heard all kinds of bad stories. My situation they held my truck for 4 weeks. I asked for a Air bag dump valve button on the dash, they put on a leveler. Then they said there was a recall on battery box, guess what, truck voltage now stuck at 12.3 running. So much more I can say, I just wanted to warn you folks. All the money I've missed, they are the reasons folks go out of business. Economy is bad as it is , don't keep my truck and give me more problems. Stay Away!!!! All they do is forget about you and then make up lies that dosen't make sense.
