We had purchased a fortnite battle bus as a birthday present for my partners 7 year old son. When we went to build it there was a part missing from the box. Due to Covid19 we were unable to return it to the retailer so we tried Moose toys, the supplier, on the off chance they may be able to help.The response was sharp, they wanted to help. All the vibes were good and everyone I had spoken with was so helpful. I was able to send them a photo and circle the missing part upon request. The part was sent out within 3 days no questions asked. We now have a very happy 7 year old. Would just like to thank all at Moose Toys for sorting this out so quickly. Much appreciated. Top customer service right there.
