Emily our hours are Monday thru Thursday from 9:30 to 5:30 and Friday from 9:30 to 5:00, so for you to stop by six days in a row and no one be there is correct since we aren't open six days in a row. Also, I'm a one person shop, so when I have appointments I leave a note on the door with the expected time I will return. With equipment running it's hard to hear the phone and if I have a customer in front of me I don't disrespect them by answering a phone call, as I did with you when the phone rang. I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with YOUR OWN design. The design you sent me was not sent as an attachment, you embedded it into the email which caused it to have a white background when I saved it. I removed the white background and converted your design into the correct format without charging you a design fee, even though it took longer than the allotted free design time. I did offer to redo your shirts but when I informed you that I would have to charge you a design fee because it was not a quick fix, you were not willing to pay it. If you would like your shirts redone, I will redo them for half the price, but you will still need to pay the design fee. Showed up 6 days in a row with no one there. Was told I would receive a text about my order and never did. Called more times than that to no answer or answering machine. Messed up my shirt by leaving white in the holes of the letters, and would not fix it claiming it was the image I sent even though the image I sent did not match/have a background. Literally the only place in town that will print less than 7 shirts. I am so disappointed.

I had ordered a hat for my fathers birthday, a month or so early even. Talked to her on the phone to talk about what I wanted. Then would only get answering machine, but she had said to go through her online store, so I placed my order. Never heard back from her. Every call rang and went to answering machine. When I was across the state and stopped in to ask about it multiple months later, she claims to have sent my money back and showed me payment receipt that she said was her sending it back, which just showed she had received the funds. I even went back through my PayPal and bank statements to to show her I didnt get a refund. Then she asks if I want to purchase the hat anyways, I said Im not paying twice for the item. But said screw it since it wasnt for me. She then says she only has pink and orange hats, after pushing to get another one, suppose to be black.

What I presume is the owner is so sweet and respectful! I pretty much go there for my wish pickups and never have any issues! I dont know what previous know It all customer is referring to, but everyone has a business to run and their own rules. As long as you keep up with WISH tracking, no problems. If I cant make it Ill send her the code and shell even put it aside for me. The few times Ive worked with her shes been nothing short of amazing and patient and even offered me a Pepsi. 20/10 would go again.

She was sooo nice and super helpful. I could tell she enjoyed helping people do something special and being part of that. They were very busy but somehow squeezed me in when I waited too long so that I could get my gift out on time. Thank You for excellent service!
