I was driving and there was someone who is advertising your company in a brown Ford Edge who was driving very slow under the speed limit then proceeded to slam on his brakes, flick me off then stop and roll the window down to yell st me. If this is how they chose to represent themselves I would never use this company

We placed an $8k order and the owner lied about the quality of paper he used. He threatened to tell every business in Florida how horrible we were, refused to show actual 30 lb paper, and only released the printed materials (night before our event) after making us write an email saying we wouldnt dispute the chargers. Shockingly poor ethics and business Actually impressive

We have been a Redbird customer for 2 years now, ordering thousands of business cards, handouts, banners, promo signs, stickers, and anything our business needs. I have never had a problem with any job. They do the design for all of our projects too and the whole process is easy and convenient. Anything I need, I give Peter a call and he hooks me right up. I even had a photo printed on a canvas for my mother for Christmas last year. The options are endless, the service is wonderful and there is something to say about an honest local company.

what a Joke! Arrived to order folders, salesperson promised the print will be ready by the 18. after calling her many times, she said she will check and never got back to me, after few days called again, she said she will send en email, after replying, never heard back. After finally reaching them, i got a rude response that i don't understand the timeline and late by few days is not a big deal. When stating, why the hell i get such a bad service she said i'm cursing her and hang up the phone (didn't receive a hanged up call for maybe 10 years) Rude, Slow and very bad customer service. unfortunately we will not have folders to our event... I do not recommend this establishment, if you can, stay away.
