If you want a GOOD lawyer that will actually be aggressive in a court room do NOT hire this lawyer. He stands there with a pen and a sheet of paper and says nothing. You're a LAWYER you are supposed to be MY VOICE in a courtroom not look at me and have me answer the questions when YOU ALREADY KNOW THE ANSWERS! I would highly recommend him if you want to do the work yourself, spend money you don't have to, and end up getting nothing in return after thousands of dollars you will waste. If I could do 0 stars I would. Wasted my money on him and now I have 2 weeks to find a new lawyer when I should have just found someone else in the first place. I will never recommend this lawyer. EVER. Only plus is payment plans but even with that you will spend money on this lawyer and he is so worth it.

I not only recommend attorney Erik Diggs, but I guarantee once you have used his service you too will look no further. He responds in an extreme timely matter, he is a very knowledge, trustworthy person. There is no other attorney that will work as hard for you. I used Erik for custody, he is a wonderful attorney I could not have been happier and I will never go anywhere else. He definitely got the results I was looking for.

Wasted my money with this guy. Literally *NOTHING* happened other than exchanging thousands of dollars from my hands to the Diggs Law Firm. I choose to go with Levings this time around.
