We lived here for the last year. The apartments are conveniently located and generally kept up and not noisy. Location is nice to get onto 95. Very convenient for commuting. The inability for pet owners to pick up their dog waste is absurd. But thats not a reflection of the management. There is a dog park which is great. 3.5 stars because our apartment had mildew grow on the sinks and in the washer about once a month and I have never experienced this before at any other complex Ive lived in, in all types of environments and age of communities. This caused allergies to flare up and it was quite uncomfortable to see gunk just fall from the faucet even though we kept everything clean. Second, the valet trash is a requirement. $25/month and they have cancelled their services on multiple occasions with no reimbursement of payment. I think it would be better if this was a monthly subscription or optional for residents. We did not need this service and spent $300 for an unwanted luxury. Also the required trash cans are an awkward size and there was not even a place in our kitchen to put that size can - so it was a nuisance. The strict timeline for putting trash out was also a bit annoying because of work schedules - if we didnt make dinner before 7:00pm- we werent able to put our trash out that night and although this was minor, it was still quite annoying to have the trash out so early in the evening for such a steep price. This was also only 5 days a week so you are paying more than $1/pick up each month. Again, an unneeded service and especially since most people dont fill up a trash can every night so it also felt like a waste of trash bags. Lastly, the gym was bleh. Not state of the art, but clean. We liked the hybrid indoor walkways into the apartment building and that the mailboxes were right in each building. Maintenance was great and the grounds were plowed and mowed nicely. storage was not that great either but we made it work. Overall a good apartment but not worth the price to renew for the distance to work/restaurants/entertainment/size of the apartment.
