For the amount of money you pay I would expect a better service, especially after signing the lease and support during first three months (as they claim they do). Devon and Kenneth are great and always very helpful during period before signing the lease. Devon was great during the viewing day and before. He did a good job. After signing the lease the support was inexistent. No indication at all of what you should do for tax council - they claim they do it and they do but they do not inform you well and if you are not aware of how things work, you may end up paying more Council tax than you should.
