We have ordered from this company in the past with no issues. This last time wasn't such a great experience. They failed at communication and follow through. The product is perfect but poor business etiquette.

Poor experience the first time around with the print, gave them a second chance and they did not deliver the full order. Told me it was not their fault and made up excuses. Avoid at all costs, very unprofessional, rude, and not knowledgable in the industry.
