I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. The employees at the front desk have no knowledge of anything. They will tell you the incorrect information and when you get there try to back track and blame it on "new people". I drove 45 minutes to my appointment for them to SEND ME AWAY. I was open to self pay because I was in so much pain and they said no. It is their fault because they told me they took my insurance. To find out after I get there they didn't. This place is unprofessional. I will tell everyone I know to never go here and continue to give bad reviews. How are you going to send someone away when they are so sick?

Had an appointment for 1:00 pm. Doctor was not present and went to surgery. We came a long distance they gave no excuse. No one called. Wanted to reschedule for tomorrow....no thanks.

ENT Institute is the best practice in Atlanta. I have been going there since their humble beginning at Milton Hall. Dr. Jeffrey Gallups is amazing person. He is an amazing surgeon too. Every doctor at ENT Institute takes time to understand the situation and give advice and what needs to done to fix it. Thank you ENT Institute.

This place is horrible. Do not waste your time. You will call and make an appointment to later find out they do not take your insurance. Even though this is their fault they will not accommodate you and recommend you you to leave. They give you a self-pay option but they "really do not recommend it". My daughter drove an hour away to get turned away. She is in a lot of pain but they do not care. They only care about getting paid. I HIGHLY recommend you to avoid this place at all costs. The staff is very rude and unprofessional as well. My daughter asked to speak to the doctor and they would not allow that. Pathetic.
