I have been using it as a moderator on my last company event and the tool failed doing a recording which was literally the only thing I definitely needed. I could live with the situation, that some buttons weren't clickable and didn't react anymore, I have made it very simple already as I heard from colleagues that they were all struggeling with breakout rooms and the Apps in general. But the missing recording was the cherry on top, as all the created content is gone. --> You should definitely insert a functionality that, for a specific event type, the recording is saved automatically. - Similar to zooms webinar setup! This is crucial for big events. --> I won't host an event on this platform anytime soon and feel very sorry for the customers who couldn't join the session live. (Also crazy that there is no follow-up process with the participants possible. Isn't this all about at events?!)

Bizzabo is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with in my past 12 years of marketing. Their dedication to us as a client is exemplary. The build up to the deal was pleasant and co-operative.
