Dropped my stuff off to be monogrammed on Friday 12/9 explained what I wanted, showed the girl a picture, and was told that someone would be sending me a proof early the following week. By Thursday 12/15 (almost a week later) I had not heard anything so I called and was told they would call me back in about an hour. No returned call. So I called back about 3 hours later, only to be told that I would have a proof by 12:00 PM on 12/16. No proof came. I called around 1:30- and the woman that answered had never even been given my stuff to be monogrammed (a week ago when I brought it in). Now, come to find out, they can not do what I need done and it is too late to order it off Etsy to be here in time for Christmas- so much for trying to shop small and support local businesses. I will most definitely be sharing this with my office of ladies so that nobody else makes the mistake of trying to use them. Not impressed.
