We understand the frustration but unfortunately, we are not responsible for anything that happened, we are a legit business with thousands of satisfied buyers during our 18 years as auto dealers. The vehicle was listed by Copart as "clean title" by mistake. We list the vehicles on our website as we receive them from Copart. They acknowledged their mistake and that's why they approved the $5950 refund. Unfortunately, our Zelle account is currently unavailable on all our websites because we reached a limit of transfers per month. We are working to extend that limit and make it available again to all our clients. I'm sorry that the first check has not arrived. Mail packages get lost all the time. We should have sent you a wire transfer after a couple of days and not have you waiting for so long. I'll make sure our office manager gives you a call tomorrow morning and wires you that purchase refund along with the transportation reimbursement. We apologize for all the inconvenience and would appreciate if you can remove the negative feedback on Google and Facebook and the rest of actions taken. We sell thousands of vehicles every year and even though you are in your right to be frustrated, it is unfair that only clients who have had a bad experience leave a review. The vast majority stays silent. We are the only Copart's broker with A+ rate with the BBB and the only one that have a google account where clients can leave reviews.

Buyer beware - NOT reputable and will take your money. Also business listed under Inloher Corp. Bought a car from/thru them on April 18, 2022 for $5950 as they advertised themselves as Salvage Reseller- a middleman to buy for you at auction from Copart auction and salvage. The car with advertised "clean" Texas title. They called me on May 4th, 2022 to tell me that "Copart" had made a mistake and that it was a salvage title, NOT a clean title. They told me I could return it to them for a refund of $5950 or just apply for a rebuilt title in Tennessee. I called the State of Tennessee and was told that this VIN number was on a "JUNK" title and it could NEVER be rebuilt or licensed. I paid over $900 to have car shipped from Florida to Tennessee only to find out it can never be titled or registered. I was told I could send it back to Copart in Florida, but we agreed I could also send it to the Copart in Memphis, Tn. The car was sent/towed to Copart in Memphis, Tennessee on May 6th, 2022 which cost me another $125 for the tow. I asked about a refund for the $939 I paid for towing from Florida to Memphis, and they told me that was "my responsibility, Buyers are responsible for paying transportation cost". I told them it was NOT a clear title and I could have bought salvage Camaros' here in Memphis, why would I pay to ship one from Florida? Then they tell me I have to wait a week for the title to be sent to Copart in Memphis, Tn to get my refund ALTHOUGH Copart in Memphis has the car on their lot. I waited a week, called Friday May 13th, the lady Karina that was handling it was out but she was "working" on it. I called back that Monday - May 16th and was told Copart in Memphis had the title and that Inloher Corp mailed me a check for $5950 in a white envelope with their Inholer logo on. They even emailed this to me also. I had asked them to Zelle me the money, but their Zelle machine wasn't "working" as in the other reviews I read on here. (Funny how it works when you send them money) I emailed Monday May 23rd after receiving NO check,, I was told the same thing again in email, they had mailed me a check on May 16th, 2022. Friday May 27, 2022 will be 3 weeks they have had this car in their possession and I have NO refund. I have contacted the District Attorney in Florida, The Consumer Fraud division in Florida, The Shelby County District Attorneys office in Memphis, Tennessee and will be pursuing further legal action. I have lost ENOUGH time and MONEY dealing with these people and the games they play. Buyer Beware - PLEASE do NOT get scammed and have to go thru this like me.
