Before I brought my car to them today, Id done my due diligence and called around to several tire shops to get different quotes for replacing two tires. I asked specifically for the out the door/walk out price. This price should includeTaxes , disposal and any other fees. Los Brother provided me with the best price. Even tho it was a bit further than the other shops, I decided to make the drive based on the price I was quoted. When I got there, I was not charged the price I was quoted. They charged me significantly more for extra fees that were not mentioned during our previous phone conversation. They also insisted on placing my newly bought tires on the front of my vehicle and not the rear which is normal practices and advised me if I wanted them placed on the rear that would cost me extra. now Ive forced to go to may dealership and pay an extra $30 to have my tires rotated and aligned. Very poor business practices and customer service. I will not be returning.

Good prices and pretty quick service, however a customer ran over one of my hubcaps, the shops impact and then backed into a van in the parking lot. The shop didn't offer to replace my hubcap,other than that it was an okay experience.

this place is a rip off do not bring your car here for tires he told me $45 for a used tire. then he brought me the wrong size tire thank God I checked I told him about it then he got right tire then put the tire on the car I then he wanted $5 more
