TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WENT TO THEIR STORE/SHOP ON MARYLAND PKWY AND STOOD THERE FOR 25 MINUTES....NOT ONE PERSON ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP ME. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our printing order was done since another printer shop wasnt able to make the deadline. They only had a week to complete the dye sublimation printing I needed. There are no words to express how grateful I am that they provided us with an amazing final product and made sure they maintain great customer service throughout the process. Our non profit company is so thankful for the value as well. We look forward to moving all our printing needs to this team, especially our custom shirts for Las Vegas events.
