I'm surprised by all of the glowing reviews, as my experience was quite different. I placed an order 3+ months ago for a banner with very detailed instructions, finished artwork, etc. From the start Raj seemed to have a hurried "yeah yeah no problem" type of attitude and I didn't get the impression he was that detail oriented. Of course the banner came out 2" too short (so it won't fit on my already mounted hardware). That was 2+ months ago, and I never heard from him until I followed up to check on the status a month ago, when I got an excuse that the material was out of stock. I've emailed him twice since then and have gotten no response.
