Claims of the oil drain plug being tough to remove were made, but it was a Take 5 employee that put it in wrong on the previous visit. Nothing was verbalize at the time, it was only noted on the invoice. When the manager was asked about it, he denied that the plug had been cross-threaded by any previous Take 5 employee. I was cycling 5 different cars through their store on a regular basis....I won't ever use them again. Buyer beware.

Damaged my car and did not care at all. I left 2 voice mails at the store for the manager and 2 more voice mails on their corporate customer service voice mail with no call back. They did $150 damage and didnt even call me back. This is the reason why you dont take your car to a quick change oil company. I made that mistake. I pay $50 out the door at the Honda dealership and this place charged $65 plus damaged my car. The time I went was around 1 pm on a Wednesday. They were slow. There was no rush. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but its how you handle those mistakes. So when they reply to this review stating how sorry they are and to call or email them, I did that and they didnt call back after 4 voice mails.

We went in as the date had passed for the oil change sticker.We checked and the manager of Seven Hills was great. He didnt push an oil change sale on us, but checked a few things out. While the sale was $0, we will be going back in a month or so because trust was built. As a result, we recommended his location to several friends who will become new customers. So while he lost a sale, he gained a trust component as well as respect at Seven Hills. Resulting in getting more clients.. Very smart manager. Thank you for having honest people- especially in this day and age.

Very difficult to understand the employee. Theyre so used to reciting their role that it comes across as noise. If I needed another service, communication wouldve been impossible.
