I visited the restaurant on Sep 9, 2019 after being referred by a customer. [I stopped visiting any Indian restaurants because of very poor customer service and inferior quality of food, not to speak of lack of hygiene and cleanliness, especially the restrooms.] The ambiance of the restaurant was very poor. There were very limited menu items in the buffet. Except the "payasam," the menu items were of very poor quality. The moru curry was too watery. Beef pieces in beef curry seemed that the meat pieces were previously frozen and meat was not cooked well. Avial was overcooked ant not at all tasty. The other few menu items were in the same category as stated above. I also ordered a carry-out biriyani, which has too much grease. If anyone gave Four and Five stars to this restaurant, they do not know the authentic taste of Kerala cuisine from various regions of the state..
Every time my mother takes my dog she says theres a receptionist there with a bad attitude. My mother doesnt speak English and the one that knows a bit Spanish acts like she doesnt want to be there. Baby girl people love their pets, if you dont want to be there do patients a favor and leave. Its hard enough people taking their sick fur babies and have to deal with bad staff.
