My son was admitted to this facility and during his second day, he passed out. He was taken to a local emergency room where he was diagnosed with a brain bleed from passing out and hitting his head. He was transferred to Swedish hospital in Denver. My wife was on her way to see him, and when she arrived in Greely, she was informed that he had been transferred to Swedish hospital. We were never contacted about this incident. I had been up there two days prior to the incident and filled out an emergency contact information form. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated about the lack of communication from the facility. I never heard from them until I called and waited two more days to hear from a manager, who said the emergency contact form had not been filled out. This is definitely a case of someone trying to cover their ass. Don't send your loved ones here if you want quality care.

The "doctor" is very unprofessional and he didn't even look his patients in the eye. Everytime you'd say something to him he didn't seem to understand. He looked as if he hadn't bathed in days either which is unprofessional for a doctor. There were two college students doing something for school that were FLIRTING with patients! There were no activities to help any patients either. The staff treats patients like they are not human beings. They don't acknowledge them and they talk down on them.

Not sure why people are rating so poorly. I had a great therapist who helped me a lot, and on a sliding scale. Sure, the front-desk staff isnt the friendliest, but I feel like its hard to stay optimistic when youre in a Medicaid-supported counseling office.

Met with a staff member that works directly with my son's school. She is well organized, hands on, and there not only for our son, but also for our family. She is willing to go beyond what is expected at her job to make sure that we as a whole succeed at what we need to accomplish. Thank you very much Abbey!

The counselors are wonderful but the office staff is rude judgmental and say things about people in Spanish thinking they don't understand
