Hi Laura, we appreciate your feedback. I apologize if your call was not handled well. I am assuming this post was created prior to our communication. In any event, TexasFSBO is an advertising and marketing service. We typically forward any leads to our sellers, who for the most part require traditional financing. I was, however able to forward your client to a Spanish speaking agent who works with Owner Finance clients. Hopefully they were able to work something out.

I'm a Mortgage loan officer & have a buyer that is unable to qualify for Conventional financing, but at 50% Loan to Value would be a great deal on a FSBO . I contacted them today in order to send them a referral, I was immediately told that they were not interested. It's shocking to me that they would not even take the buyers info to SEE if he would qualify for a home. "Were all set" is all the receptionist would say, then I clearly asked "Are you stating that you do not want my referral?" To which she replied, "Nope!" ..
