I spoke to a very rude lady on the phone about paying a debt. The only reason why my bill was sent to this agency was due to the monthly payments I was making didn't pay my balance off in a timely manner.I was willing to pay as much as I could afford, but she wasn't willing to work with me.This person indicated that I get government assistance and I should be able to pay. I don't receive any type of government assistance I guess maybe because, I'm African American she assumed I receive something. She even went as far as asking me did I have kids because, I can pay with my income tax. I know this is a collection agency, but you shouldn't judge people based on their ethnicity. I wonder if she ever thought the reason why I was having a hard time paying.......(Maybe because I don't receive any type of assistance!)....Bless her soul.....Luke 6:28 NIV

Scam. Do not give them any info at all. The letters they sent me dont add up, they say there are different names associated with my account that Ive never heard off. Total scam company.
I know many times people have a hard time with collection agencies. I had someone take my identity and it was 2 years of fighting several accounts. I called here a few times and no one was rude but they could not help me. I called a fourth time and got a hold of Ms. Massey. Im only writing this review to give credit to Ms Massey. She figured out the situation and I was able to use that information to deal with all my other accounts. If you need to deal with this company call and ask for Ms Massey.
A collection from this company showed up on my credit report that is in no way my debt. I contacted them to have it removed, which they agreed to do. Months go by, it's still there. I call back and they even give me a "deletion tracking number" as proof that it's been taken care of. More months...I pull my report, still there. I file a dispute with Transunion, who incidentally have no idea what the deletion number is. Just got a report from Transunion that the collection was verified as accurate, which means RRS had to confirm it as accurate...which it isn't! It's not my debt and they agreed to remove it! I must be naive to believe a company and the people who work there wouldn't be so deceptive and treat people so poorly. Update: I finally got a hold of someone RRS who seems to care about the job she does and was able to get the erroneous entry removed. It's a shame her professionalism and courtesy are the exception rather than rule at RRS. Still, much appreciated, and thank you (sorry I didn't get your name...hopefully your coworkers and management will be inspired by your example).

Just spoke with a rep in ref to paying my debt to this agency. She told me i couldnt make a partial payment because my acct was old and the payment was due in full. Well i dont have $1000 to give to this agency at one time but im willing to send in what i can. This isnt a bank loan or a car note so im not required to make any regular payments but i do want to pay it off. Im shocked at how this agency refused to take my partial payment but they expect for me to pay this account off!!!!!! Thats bad business. Any other agency i have dealt with has taken partial payments regardless if previous payment plans were broken. As long as the customer is trying to make a payment then thats all that matters. Again thats bad business!!!!!
