Worst experience ever in buying a toy in this store. Couple of days back (May21) bought a toy in this store which wasnt working sometimes on clicking button. I brought it back today to store(may23) without even opening the package asking for a replacement but the shop owner(Sanjay) is not ready to exchange with same item as they dont have the same toy and not ready to refund as well. He is asking to buy a different toy from his store with same value or he cant do anything about it though I didnt open the toy from its box or no damages to it on return. He is asking me to try changing the battery and if I have the same issue again also he is not ready to accept the return. Very bad customer experience. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this store.
