Why continue to book tours for an apartment that has a pending application and eventually is no longer available, essentially having nothing to show people but amenities? Thats wholly frustrating for potential renters.

The residents who living in this area get less stress because they are living near at a river and have a good view of Manhattan .They also get more freedom because of the park which gives them lots of things that they don't need to spend time to find a place to enjoy exciting activities such as kite flying and sandcastle building for kids , for adults like running , dancing , reading and horse riding . Lving and working in this area they always have a thank you mind for the city which had made this good environment for them .

Stellar apartments with a great view. The apartments are nicely constructed with modern appliances and large enough rooms. The kitchens and bathrooms are especially nicely sized with plenty of room. Modern commodities and a really clean building. The staff is nice and the people at the front desk are respectful and always willing to assist. Any technical issues such as a burnt light bulb are replaced quickly by the buildings maintenance team. The amendities are also really neat the building's gym is great the terrace is great everything is real neat. The only problem is the lack of parking for cars but the problem is easily resolved by the indoor parking which is intergrated with the building but seperate business. The parking is a bit pricey but the staff is also kind and very quick with their service.

Extremely poor management. In a year period, they have responded to 1 email only because it was escalated to Related. Building elevators issues since the first year of inception. Have been here for 5 years. Water turned off with minimal notice for random repairs. Front door broken in and not fixed for 4 months. People smoking, trash issues, leak issues and, when it is cold, there is front and ice on the window sills that creates mold. Amazing location, but there are much better buildings with less headache and hassle. Would not recommend.
