Hi Scott! Thank you again for your interest in our services. We specialize in orders of any size here at One Off Apparel including small runs or even one off's. When you spoke to us about your urgent rush order request for a handful of units needed for completion in record time, we gave you a quote to get it done. We were, in fact, very interested in producing your order and so we gave you a price and a commitment to getting it done in the tight time frame requested. However, you told us that you could not work with the price given and requested a lower price because you had already pre-sold these t-shirts to your customers at a lower price than we had quoted you. Unfortunately, we were not able to accommodate the deep discount pricing requested and therefore had to pass on the opportunity. It is worth noting that after we spoke to you we did some research on your behalf and sent you contact information for a trusted partner in our network who would be able to take on your order. That's just another example that illustrates how we really do go above and beyond for our clients.

With a name like one-off apparel, one might think they specialize in small orders. I was told they really only do runs of 36-10000 units, and that they really werent interested in my smaller order of 9 shirts. Was hoping to keep my business local - but itll be somewhere where they actually want the work

I have 10 years + experience working with this company and would recommend One Off Apparel to anyone and everyone in need of their services. I once had my own clothing brand and was incredibly passionate about designing new products. It was a fun project for many years and One Off Apparel were who showed me the ropes. They also handled my private label manufacturing and fulfillment. They provided great sublimated all over print shirts, the highest quality screen printing, and incredibly fair priced embroidery services. Years later, I am now working for my family's roofing business and I went back to One Off Apparel to have our company uniforms made. They did an incredible job, per usual. For anything related to apparel, this is the team you need! I don't even live in Massachusetts and I still go to OOA.
