I have never had any bugs in my townhome. I have lived here approximately 14 years. Management is prompt to any requests and/or work orders. These Townhomes are no longer HUD operated so I do wish the "Rules We Live By" weren't so incumbent.
Most of these past reviews say that the management acts above them. Well I recently Just encountered that. I called and asked why my son was woken up by the bed bug inspectors and she said "I get it, I raised kids, but fortunately for me I raised them in my own home." Okay. Wow. Insulting much.
I love this neighborhood I had lots of fun in it it's close to where my school is and Worlds of Fun I always see lots of friends chill of and Walk around the neighborhood play in the playground and all kinds of fun
You pay a lot to get in here only to be treated like you live in low income housing. The board is old and stuck on stupid and management is obedient to the board. It doesn't help that I'm black either. You have no right to privacy because the board has decided that they have the right to enter your residence whenever they want, according to the rules we live by. If all that wasn't bad enough, when you move they charge you rediculous money to rehab your unit which is taken out of the rediculous (over $5,000) money you paid to get in here. Get yourself a regular townhouse or apartment where you put up a security deposit and there are State, Federal and local laws that can protect you. If, however, you don't mind being treated like you are on welfare and section 8 and the overall mentality of the complex is dependent and irresponsible, North Brighton Townhouses is for you.
