This Aroogas was always my favorite place to go for wings until recently. My wife and I stopped in for lunch a couple days ago and the food was not good at all. We got the banana peppers as an appetizer. The really lessened the product they serve and the peppers were over fried and super crunchy. Then came the wings. There was hardly any meat on them and they tasted like they were reheated. Call me old fashioned but when I spend my money on a product, I expect it to deliver. You're restaurant is really lacking in that department. Honestly, I'm not even sure if we'll be back.

Had dinner here last night. Service was good, food came out quick and was delicious. My appetizer wasn't done right the first time so it had to be redone. They noticed it before it came to me, apologized for their error, and even comped the appetizer.. Again, thumbs up on the great service. Would recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would bartender is extremely rude and the guy answering the phones in the front is also rude. Let me sit there not one person said two words to me I sat there waiting for my order for 15 mins. The bartender told me when its ready its ready. And the guy answering the phones NEVER checked on my order like he said he would. Terrible customer service!
