Didn't collect the car from the correct place after I had spoken to someone to advise where to collect from. Was not impressed with the clean of the car inside and out. Also the fault is still showing on the dashboard after I had explained this twice

We test drove a Dacia Jogger at our local dealer but despite wanting to sign on the dotted line, we were told we had to wait until October for delivery. That's when Mike at Startin Dacia in Worcester came to the rescue.... we found Startin's details on auto trader and within hours Mike had called me to discuss our new car for a June delivery date! As we were not local, we were able to complete all the documents online and Mike was there whenever we had any questions or needed help. We collected our new car weeks before scheduled and Mike ensured that we didn't leave the dealership until we were 100% happy! That was exactly how we felt pulling away in our new car :)
