We had 14 windows replaced and not even in 3 weeks the rendering came off. When we complained the engineer informed us the work done was appalling and all the windows need to be redone. Since then the installation department would just not respond. We call everyday but the customer service team they can not do anything. They havent even taken our complaint yet and keep dodging us. Do NOT trust. We are in so much stress.

I would have given these people a negative rating , they don't even deserve a single star. Absolutely unprofessional with zero sense of time. Made us wait an entire day but didn't arrive for the quotation. Horrible people I wonder how they survive. Disgusting behaviour.

Bunch of jokers. Came over, measured up with no information about the different options. Let out a big puff of air "25k", after which I asked him to leave politely. Salesman said he could do half price, then, after two calls to someone else, said he could do 10k but would need 100 now to reserve price. Had 4 quotes since: none over 7k for the exact same spec windows. However good the product might or might not be, I'd strongly recommend avoiding as wouldn't dream of trusting them.
