So disappointed in this company. They promised to provide us a product at a set price, then once they completed the project RAISED THE PRICE! I hope they understand that one unhappy customer tells at least 25 people about an unpleasant experience. This company now has 50 extremely unhappy customers! Save yourself our heart ache and go someplace else!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY! My husbands softball team brought Off the Wall Prints over 150 items to be screen printed and 15 hats to be embroidered. We were given a price, which in our opinion was high. We were told that they have better quality ink then other screen printing places. When we got our stuff back, we found out that they did not screen print but heat pressed everything. In addition, I dropped off 2 hats for a parent on our team 2 weeks ago. When I called yesterday to inquire, I was told they are no longer doing the hats but they would see what they could do to get them done since they had them for 2 weeks. I picked them up today and they charged me double. When I told them I didnt agree with the up charge the manager said that they gave our team enough discounts. He said that he gave us a tax free discount (which our team is tax exempt and they were provided all the documents) and a refund of an over charged item. As for the quality being better, out of 56 jerseys we had to take 30 of them back to be redone because the jersey color was prominent beneath the white ink. Every dri-fit item (jerseys and shirts) that was brought to them was returned to us faded around the team logo due to the fact that the heat was too hot. If you choose to have items done by this company, please proceed with caution and I hope that your experience turns out better than ours has.

Ordered a custom shirt from these guys. It was mailed the next day, and the shirt quality is top tier. I don't live anywhere near them, but will 100% be using these guys for all my t-shirt needs.

Not a good way to start a relationship went in the store for some shirts called back a day later to get some stickers and the employee said i will have to get them paid up first knowing that i still have to go pick up my shirts he said it will take about 15 to 20 minutes so when i get to the store i still wanted to get them done for the price we had discussed and they wanted to charge me more not a good start....do i recommend them to any body they do good work but they need to learn how to treat paying customers better they just lost a 200 shirt deal
