Is true that they are really rude and nasty. One time I went there and one of the lady's tell me that I cannot touch anything because her boss don't like it. And always that I go to that store I always spend more than $150 in 3 scrabs. They need new workers in there.

During our encounter with this customer she told us that she was looking for a less costly scrub with double cargo pockets. We told her that we could not meet her demand because less costly scrubs are not manufactured with double cargo pockets. Instead she purchased a less costly scrub with one cargo pocket. After that she went into the fitting room to change for work and realized that she actually needed a 3X instead. She kept insisting that she really needed the double cargo to put things inside. So we showed her a double cargo pocket of a different brand that was more costly. She agreed to take the more costly pants just because of the double cargo pocket need. Our system is not stone-age it was recently updated and is enabled to take cards twice. Upon doing the exchange, this customer opted to split her bill part cash and part credit card the same card she used earlier. The transaction was completed without any issues. At TBG, we provide pristine customer service to ensure all customers are satisfied. I am not sure why this customer was so disgruntled because every effort was made to satisfy her. It is not our fault that she did not know her size and was in a rush for scrubs to wear to work. According to the Department of Environmental Conservations plastic bag ban, effective March 1, 2020, all stores that do not sell perishable items are required to charge 5 cents per paper bag of which this money goes to the state. However the customer wore the scrubs out of the store and thus was not charged for any bag.

I will NEVER return to this place. I feel Completely irritated and annoyed. The girl assisting me was nice but she couldn't find anything and she went to look for a different size for me another lady who worked there told her not these and she didn't bother letting me try them on. Then she found me another set of scrubs that I don't love that cost $28.99 for the scrub top and $37.99 for the top. I should of went up the block to another uniform store. I was in a bind and needed the scrubs now so I purchased them but it will not happen again. Plus the credit card machine can't take your card twice and then they ask you for cash. What kind of stone age cashing system do they have? After spending $65.99 I would think they would give me a bag NOPE they still wanted to charge me 5 cents. I will not go back. This is my neighborhood scrub store but I will gladly support a store out of the neighborhood!!

We carry high performance scrubs at affordable prices and offer stellar customer service at which we have received many thanks and praise for. Please see our reviews below. It is unfortunate that you are disgruntled. We took this incident into consideration and reviewed our surveillance cameras. We found that the information you provided in your review is untrue. When you entered our store, the sales associate was on the phone assisting with a phone order and told you to hang on a minute whilst she was busy. You then decided to leave our store. Im never goin back to this store. I have went to this store numerous times and every time I went it was someone new and they were all rude. First off they didnt want to help and had a whole attitude when u asked for help. 1/3/22. This older lady was on her phone chatting and had a whole attitude
