I recently purchased a 750 from Ramsey Bmw . I purchased from out of state so I was nervous buying without actually seeing the car first. Jesus Vicioso made the whole process seemless and as worry free as possible. He did everything he could to make me feel comfortable in the process. I would definitely recommend buying from them. Ask for Jesus. He has even been there after the sale to help with out of state registration and RMV issues. Even after the sale he has always answered my calls and texts to answer questions or concerns. Highly recommend. Update: it's been almost 2 months since I purchased the car. It's still not registered. I've been given the run around as to why. Yet that's not the worst of it. Several issues were present when I bought the car. I was told they were cosmetic so they wouldn't fix them,but they aren't. They are giving error messages and the cruise control doesn't work. The tire pressure sensors do not work and the car is leaking water from the door seals. I was told to bring it to my local bmw and they would fix it under warranty. The warranty they sold me denied all claims and now I'm out 400 for diagnostic fees and left with a broken car. They have neglected to answer any of my calls or massages in the past 2 weeks. So I'm left with a broken unregistered car . Update #2. They have taken the car back due to the extensive repairs needed. Just waiting on the funds to arrive at the bank to get the loan canceled .

This is a review for the pre-owned sales side of the dealership. I worked with Travis J on the purchase of a acura mdx. I live out of state and the area so I let him know up front that I couldn't look at the specific mdx I would be buying in person but had test driven them. Communication and working out a deal went fine. My reason for 3 stars is the fact that I requested Travis to take photos of the acura and specifically any scratches dents get close up photos. The photos I recieved were not close so I assumed (my fault) everything was good. There is a huge scratch on the driver side rear door when I received the vehicle. I feel that Travis should have Informed me of the scratch and took photos of it. Trusting him to be my eyes from far away is a mistake and the reason for the 3 stars. He should be more trustworthy.

I highly recommend BMW of Ramsey to maintain your BMW. I had an 8 AM appointment for an oil change and the vehicle was serviced, 36 items on my X3 were inspected and they washed the vehicle, all by 9 AM. I was texted status and the result of the vehicle inspection while I waited. Very professional staff, thanks Ted Contoleone and the rest of the team.

I am.very disappointed with my visit with this dealership, I went in recently and the manager had told me he would take my car as a trade in for a certain price on the phone and when I went into.the dealership they gave me a lower price. This is very bad service, I thought reading all the reviews this dealership was about the customer service but boy was I wrong. They didnt care at all about service just about a sale. Never going back to this dealership ever again. I am very unhappy with the management at this location.
